Okinawa Children's Zoo

Okinawa Kodomo no Kuni is a zoo and children's facility complex located in Okinawa City, Okinawa Prefecture. About 130 species and 350 animals are kept here, including Okinawa's endangered Okinawa's native species, the Okinawa Okinawa rail, and the Ryukyu wild boar.\n\nIn addition to the animal zone, there is also a "Wonder Museum" with nature and science as its theme, and "Wanpaku Square," the largest water play facility in the prefecture. It is a very popular facility for families.\n\nIt takes about 30 minutes from Naha via the Okinawa Expressway. It is also an easy location to use as a base for sightseeing in Okinawa City.
