About 10 min by car from Miyako City. The beach is beyond a sandy hill.
Minna Island (Minna-jima)
About 15 min by ferry from Motobu Port. This crescent-shaped island has beautiful coral reefs perfect for snorkeling, with fewer crowds.
Take a regular ferry from Motobu Port (approx. ¥1,500 round trip). Day trip possible.
Ou Island (Ou-jima) Coast
A local island about 20 min south of Naha by car. Famous for its tempura, this small island offers a relaxed, crowd-free experience.
Connected by bridge from Tamagusku in Nanjo City. Accessible by rental car or bus from Naha Bus Terminal.
