The Okinawa Karate Festival is held once every four years from Okinawa, the birthplace of karate, to the world. Karate practitioners from all over the world will demonstrate traditional Okinawan karate techniques and kata such as Shuri-te, Naha-te, Tomari-te, etc. The demonstration tournament is open to all qualified karate practitioners aged 15 and above. The finale will be held at the Okinawa Convention Center as the climax of the tournament.
The 3rd Okinawa Karate World Tournament is a world-class festival of traditional Okinawan karate held once every four years from Okinawa, the birthplace of karate, to the world. The 3rd World Championships will be held from July 30 (Thursday) to August 2 (Sunday), 2026, and the "Demonstration Tournament" will be held on the final day, August 2 (Sunday), at the Okinawa Convention Center.
This is a rare once-every-four-years opportunity for karate enthusiasts from around the world to gather.
