This is a traditional event in the Jicchaku area of Urasoe City. Local residents gather at the community center to pray for prosperity, a good harvest, and good health. It is a valuable event that conveys the traditional Okinawan community beliefs to the present day.
Unna" is one of Okinawa's traditional Ugan events, a community-based ritual to pray for the safety and prosperity of the local community. In the Seirikaku District of Urasoe City, traditional prayer rituals are held mainly at the Seirikaku Community Center.
