Cape Zanpa

Cape Zanba is a spectacular natural spot located in Yomitan Village on the western edge of central Okinawa Island. The contrast between the powerful cliffs and the white Cape Zanbamisaki Lighthouse makes for an impressive sight.\n\nA promenade has been developed around the cape, and visitors can enjoy a stroll while gazing at the emerald green waters of the East China Sea. The sunset on the horizon is especially beautiful in the evening, making it a popular romantic sunset spot.\n\nThere is also a beach (Cape Zanpa Ikoi no Hiroba) and a park in the vicinity. Yomitan Village also has a pottery village and many Tsuboya-yaki related workshops where visitors can enjoy shopping for handicrafts. It takes about one hour by car from Naha.
