Middle distance triathlon to be held in Kanamu Town. This is an authentic triathlon competition where you can experience the largest beach in Okinawa and the nature and culture of Kanabu-cho with your whole body.

Course Structure (Total 94km)

Swim 2km

• Using KIN Sunrise Beach, one of the largest and widest beaches in Okinawa with a width of 800m
• 2 laps of 1km loop, 2km in total
• Swim in clear, clean water

Bike 70km

• 4 laps of approx. 17km course (including roads around Kinmu Dam)
• Up and downs typical of Okinawa, with a cumulative elevation of approximately 830m

Run 22km

• 2 laps of approx. 11km course
• Run through the streets of Kanatake-cho, where American culture remains strong, and through the water-rich countryside.

Access

Approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes drive from Naha Airport, 10 minutes drive from Kanabu IC. Parking lot available (500 yen per standard car).
